Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our Baskin-Robbins store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a great in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with product selection

• Explain flavors, offers, and combo deals

• Handle billing and cash transactions

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store

• Ensure proper display and stock management

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of retail or food outlet operations

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Experience:
0–2 years of experience in retail, QSR, or food outlets preferred
