The selected candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between our products and our B2B partners (wholesalers and retailers).
Outreach & Lead Generation: Actively contacting wholesalers and semi-wholesalers via phone calls and social media platforms to introduce our eyewear range.
Query Management: Promptly and professionally answering inquiries regarding pricing, bulk orders, and product specifications.
E-commerce Operations: Managing product listings on various e-commerce platforms (training will be provided for specific dashboard management).
Order Fulfillment: Assisting in the physical packaging of products to ensure safe and timely dispatch to clients.
Communication: Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all written and verbal interactions.
We are looking for a "multitasker" who is comfortable switching between professional communication and hands-on operational tasks.
Bilingual Fluency: Absolute command over English and Hindi is mandatory. You must be able to speak persuasively and write professional emails/messages in both languages.
Communication Skills: Ability to handle objections from wholesalers and maintain a polite, persistent demeanor.
Technical Literacy: Basic familiarity with social media platforms and a willingness to learn e-commerce backend tools.
Physical Presence: Since this role includes packaging and on-site coordination, this is a strictly on-site position.
Education: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with 0–1 years of experience looking to enter the e-commerce sector.
