•JOB SUMMARY•

Engage with prospective customers, understand their healthcare needs, recommend the right services and guide them through their journey.

Help patients make informed healthcare decisions and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

•KEY DETAILS•

- •Experience•: MBA 2025 / 2026 Freshers and experience

- •CTC•: INR 3 LPA to 3.5 Lpa

- •Performance Incentive•: Up to INR 5,000 per month

- •Wallet Benefit•: INR 6,000 per annum

- •Location•: Indore

- •Work Mode•: Office

•KEY RESPONSIBILITIES•

- Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements

- Recommend appropriate healthcare services through consultative selling

- Manage leads and conduct regular follow-ups to improve conversions

- Achieve monthly sales targets and meet daily productivity goals

- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely responses

- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer experience

- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction

•REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS•

- MBA or any equivalent qualification (2025 / 2026 Passout)

- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

- Strong customer interaction and persuasion skills

- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales

- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Willingness to work from the office
