About the Role

Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to manage client interactions, generate leads, schedule consultations, and provide information about the firm's legal services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build positive relationships with potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the firm's legal services.

Handle inbound inquiries professionally and courteously.

Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.

Schedule appointments and consultations for advocates and legal consultants.

Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-up activities.

Update client information in CRM/software systems.

Address client queries and direct them to the appropriate department when required.

Meet daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.

Prepare and submit call reports to management.

Required Qualifications

Intermediate, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or Sales Executive is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain confidentiality.
