Sales Executive

Designation: Sales Executive / Stylist

Reporting To: Store Manager / Sales Manager

Job Purpose

To provide an exceptional customer experience, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable jewellery, and achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers professionally throughout their store visit.

- Understand customer needs, preferences, budget, and occasion to recommend suitable jewellery.

- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including jewellery designs, diamonds, gemstones, gold, and product benefits.

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store targets.

- Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.

- Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.

- Maintain accurate customer information and follow up with prospective customers.

- Support visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed as per company standards.

- Maintain proper product handling and follow all security and operational procedures.

- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members to ensure smooth customer service.

- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

- Maintain high standards of grooming, discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / equivalent qualification preferred.

- 1–4 years of experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, premium retail, or high-value sales preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer-service orientation and sales mindset.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.

- Comfortable working with sales targets and incentives.

- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
