Sales & Telecalling Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Telecalling Executive to connect with potential clients, explain our services, and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
• Explain company services clearly and handle client queries
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain and update customer data in records/CRM
• Build and maintain good client relationships

Requirements
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
