Sales Executive

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

• Product Presentations: Demonstrate, pitch, and promote products or services to prospective customers, either virtually or face-to-face.

• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/annual targets.

• Reporting & Strategy: Monitor customer performance, analyze market trends, and provide sales forecasts to management.

• Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to refine strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in sales, typically 2+ years (often in B2B).

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating and presenting.

• Technical Proficiency: Competence in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office.

• Interpersonal Skills: Confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is often preferred, though not always required.
