Job Description: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
* Client Acquisition: Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
* Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
* Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring all data is accurately tracked in the CRM.
* Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to position our offerings effectively.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar revenue-generating role.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to "read the room" and pivot strategies on the fly.
* Negotiation: Proven track record of handling objections and closing complex deals.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working toward monthly/quarterly targets.
