Position: Internal Sales Executive/ Sales Coordinator

Key Accountabilities:

1. Support field sales executives to meet sales and collection targets

2. Make outbound sales calls to prospects and customers

3. Send quotations and follow up quotations

4. Follow up for collection of invoices

5. Take incoming customer calls and solve customer queries/problems

6. Maintain accurate and current customers and proposals database in CRM system

7. Arrange dispatches and provide customers dispatch details

8. General office administration, filing, coordination

9. Banking, some administrative work outside of office

Qualifications: BCom/MCom, or graduate of any branch. Product training will be provided.

Male/female candidates OK. MUST have own 2 wheeler.

Skills Required

1. Sales skills

1. Cold calling

2. Understand customer’s requirements

3. Solve customer’s queries to completion by recording them and following up

4. Collect payment, testimonials and installation data

5. Problem solving skills

2. Communication skills – good verbal and written communication in English, Hindi and any regional languages

3. Organizational skills – the candidate MUST be well organized. MUST be able to follow methodical sales process

Experience:

1-3 years’ customer service/sales coordination experience.

Fresh candidates with good communication and organizational skills are welcome. Would suit candidates who want to enter sales and marketing in future.
