Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can bring companies/clients that need hiring or recruitment services. Your job is to connect with businesses and help them fulfill their hiring needs.

Responsibilities:
• Find companies/startups that are hiring
• Pitch recruitment services (candidate sourcing, hiring support)
• Build relationships with HRs, founders, and managers
• Close deals for hiring requirements
• Coordinate between client and recruitment team

• Number of hiring clients onboarded
• Positions closed
• Long-term client relationships

Requirements:
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of hiring/recruitment process
• Experience in B2B sales preferred
• LinkedIn/networking skills are a big advantage

Salary / Commission:
• Shall be decide according to your interview performance and experiences.
• Commission per successful hire or deal
