Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail sales team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome customers and understand their mobile and accessory requirements.

· Explain product features, specifications, prices, offers, and benefits.

· Recommend suitable smartphones and accessories based on customer needs.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

· Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

· Demonstrate smartphones and explain product features.

· Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.

· Support stock checking and inventory management.

· Follow up with customers when required.

· Maintain good relationships with customers.

· Participate in promotional and sales activities.

· Follow company policies, processes, and store guidelines.
