Job Description
HAVIS AUDIO LABS PRIVATE LIMITED is a premium Indian manufacturer of high-performance loudspeakers and home theater solutions. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our dealer network, generate project leads, and drive sales through home theater integrators, AV consultants, architects, interior designers, builders, and residential project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Meet home theater integrators, AV dealers, architects, builders, interior designers, and developers to promote HAVIS Audio products.
Visit residential and commercial project sites to identify home theater opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular visit and lead reports.
Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in AV, home theater, consumer electronics, luxury products, or project sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads independently and close sales.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
Basic knowledge of home theater and audio systems will be an added advantage.
Compensation
Fixed salary as per company policy.
Sales incentive of 1% of the invoice value on all successfully closed and realized sales.
Incentives are payable only after full payment is received from the customer.
Additional performance incentives may be offered based on achievement of sales targets.

Number of qualified leads generated.
Number of dealer and integrator partnerships established.
Monthly and quarterly sales revenue.
Lead-to-sale conversion ratio.
Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
