Handle tender processes on GeM Portal and other e-procurement portals
Search, analyze, and identify relevant tenders
Prepare and upload tender documents as per guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
Track tender status and follow up for results
Maintain records of submitted tenders and documentation
Assist in bid clarification and post-tender activities
Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience as a Tender Executive
Mandatory experience with GeM Portal
Knowledge of other e-procurement portals
Basic understanding of tender documentation and bidding process
Good computer skills (MS Office, PDF handling, online portals)
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Experience in government or PSU tenders
Good communication and coordination skills
Candidates from Chennai preferred
