Responsibilities

Welcome every customer with a professional and friendly attitude.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Promote cross-selling and upselling.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays.
Assist customers during product selection, billing, and order processing.
Prepare quotations, bookings, and invoices in company software.
Build long-term customer relationships.
Collect customer feedback and share with management.
Encourage customers to follow the company's social media.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Submit daily sales and activity reports.
Follow company SOPs, policies, and discipline.
