We are a furniture manufacturing and retail brand with a warehouse and product display facility in Chennai. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can handle both warehouse-based customer visits and field sales activities.

The candidate will be responsible for introducing our company and furniture collections to architects, interior designers, retailers, dealers, hospitality clients and other potential B2B customers, developing new leads and continuously following up to convert them into business.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Manage customers visiting our Chennai warehouse/product display area and professionally present our furniture collections.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products from our range.

  • Conduct regular field visits to architects, interior designers, furniture retailers, dealers, builders, hotels, restaurants and other potential customers.

  • Introduce the company, explain our capabilities and present catalogues, product designs, pricing and available collections.

  • Generate new B2B leads through daily market visits, networking and references.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with all prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and personal visits.

  • Work actively towards converting enquiries and leads into confirmed orders.

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

  • Coordinate internally regarding quotations, product availability, custom requirements, delivery and order status.

  • Maintain proper records of every customer interaction and sales opportunity.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the day shift.
