This role focuses on acquiring new clients, driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the solar sector.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, digital platforms, and local networking.

• Present, promote, and sell solar products and services to residential and commercial customers.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and current industry trends.

• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

• Prepare engaging presentations to explain product features, benefits, and government subsidy schemes (PM Surya Ghar).

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and ensure regular follow-ups with clients.

• Build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

🔹 Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream preferred).

• Experience: 1–3 years in sales/marketing (Solar or Electrical background preferred, freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, field reporting, and social media marketing is an added advantage.
