Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: As per industry norms (Approx. ₹6–12 LPA depending on dealership, brand, location, and experience)

Job Description (JD)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete body shop operations including denting, painting, accident repairs, and vehicle delivery.

• Monitor daily workshop activities to ensure timely repair and delivery of vehicles.

• Coordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals and settlement processes.

• Prepare repair estimates and ensure accurate job costing.

• Supervise technicians, painters, and support staff to achieve productivity targets.

• Maintain quality standards as per OEM/dealership guidelines.

• Ensure availability of spare parts, consumables, and workshop equipment.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI).

• Track workshop KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, turnaround time (TAT), and revenue generation.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

• Prepare MIS reports and submit operational performance updates to management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of automobile body repair, denting, painting, and insurance processes.

• Experience in dealership or authorized service center operations.

• Team handling and manpower management skills.

• Good communication and customer relationship management abilities.

• Knowledge of workshop management systems (DMS/ERP).

• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred.

• Relevant certifications in automotive service or body repair are an added advantage.
