Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Promote agriculture drone spraying services to farmers, FPOs, cooperatives, plantations, and agribusinesses.

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.

• Conduct product and service demonstrations in villages and farming communities.

• Identify seasonal crop spraying opportunities and convert them into service orders.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and key agricultural influencers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable drone spraying solutions.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.

Field Activities

• Plan and execute village campaigns, farmer meetings, and awareness programs.

• Coordinate with drone operations teams for service delivery.

• Maintain records of customer visits, leads, quotations, and sales closures.

• Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities and pricing.

• Identify new markets, crops, and regions for business expansion.

• Track government initiatives related to agricultural mechanization and drone adoption.
