We are looking for a Sales Intern to join our team at Celltob.
This role focuses on supporting business development activities by engaging with potential clients, communicating product value, and strengthening customer relationships. The intern will work closely with internal teams to understand offerings and contribute to business growth. Strong communication skills, confidence in telephonic conversations, and basic digital marketing knowledge are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through telephonic calls, emails, and digital channels.
Communicate product or service offerings clearly and confidently to prospective clients.
Support sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups with potential customers.
Assist in executing digital outreach activities across platforms such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, or other marketing channels.
Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and timely responses.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate or pursuing a degree in business, marketing or a related field.
Very strong verbal communication skills and confidence in handling telephonic conversations.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as social media, email marketing, or online campaigns.
Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn sales and business development processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
