Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow store opening and closing protocols.

• Maintain Discipline and punctuality

• Follow Grooming standards as per company guidelines.

• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Prepare food items as per company SOPs by maintaining MRD.

• Ensure all equipment is used according to safety guidelines and operational procedures.

• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.

• Taking orders from the customers and providing them with the accurate information about the menu items.

• Taking effective online orders and handling correct packages to delivery partners.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Handling cash, online and other payments.

• Cleaning the stores including customer area, kitchen area and storage area.

• Ensure the safety and security of the store premises at all times.

• Learning about the key parameters that help maintain store performance and improve audit scores.

• Timely completion of training courses in Waffle Academy.
