Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Yogkulam, a certified Yoga Teacher Training Institute (ISO 9001:2015, certified by Ayush Ministry, Govt. of India). The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to build strong relationships. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base through effective sales strategies focused on yoga programs, teacher training, and wellness services.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Identify and reach out to potential students, yoga enthusiasts, and corporate clients through various channels, including workshops, events, online platforms, cold calling, networking platforms, and referrals.
Needs Assessment: Understand the specific needs of clients, whether they are interested in personal yoga sessions, teacher training, or corporate wellness programs, and tailor offerings to meet those needs.
Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations or demo classes to showcase the benefits of the institute's courses, workshops, and programs, effectively communicating the value of yoga in achieving personal and professional goals.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and closing sales effectively.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, including regular students, potential corporate partners, and wellness seekers, to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Market Research: Stay informed about trends in the yoga and wellness industry, including emerging practices and client preferences, to identify new opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, enrollment numbers, and client feedback to the Sales Manager, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing the institute's offerings.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the institute's yoga programs, teacher training certifications, and wellness services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through to program completion.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline may also apply.
Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wellness or education industry. Freshers can also apply.
Skills:
Strong communication in Hindi and English, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs, and CRM software.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
