Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru, India. As a Business Development Executive, you will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth. Key responsibilities include performing lead generation, nurturing client relationships, maintaining ongoing account management, and developing strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve sales targets. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure organizational objectives are met will be an integral aspect of this role.
Qualifications
Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, demonstrating resourcefulness in identifying and securing growth opportunities.
Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Strong skills in Business Development and strategic planning to align with organizational goals.
Exceptional Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with the education technology industry is a plus.
