JOB DESCRIPTION – RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE

Position: Sales Executive
Vacancies: 20
Experience: 2–3 Years in Retail Gold Jewellery Showroom

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery.

• Present gold and diamond jewellery confidently.

• Handle customer queries and objections.

• Achieve sales targets and maximize sales conversion.

• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

• Maintain proper product presentation and counter discipline.

• Coordinate with the billing and back-office teams for smooth order completion.

• Follow showroom policies, grooming standards and discipline.

Key Skills Required

• Good knowledge of Gold & Diamond Jewellery.

• Strong Customer Handling & Sales Conversion skills.

• Good Gujarati communication.

• Positive attitude and professional behaviour.

• Good presentation and communication skills.

• Target-oriented and result-focused.

• Retail jewellery showroom experience is preferred.

Candidate Preference

• 2–3 years of relevant retail gold jewellery experience.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate
