Sales Executive

Job Title: Solar Sales Executive / Solar Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms

• Educate customers about solar energy solutions, benefits, and cost savings

• Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements

• Prepare and present customized solar proposals and quotations

• Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

• Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution

• Maintain relationships with existing customers for referrals and repeat business

• Stay updated on government policies, subsidies, and solar market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

• 1–5 years of sales experience (solar/renewable energy experience is a plus)

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic technical understanding of solar systems (training can be provided)

• Ability to work in field sales and travel locally

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales

• Knowledge of solar financing options and government incentives

• Familiarity with CRM tools
