Key Responsibilities
Act as the technical backbone of the sales team.
Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical discussions with clients.
Translate customer requirements into technical solutions/proposals in coordination with the R\&D/production team.
Assist in preparing commercial offers, ROI justifications, and technical documentation for automation solutions.
Work closely with the Assistant Sales Manager to support order closures and after-sales discussions.
Provide feedback from clients to management for product improvements and new developments.
Travel to client sites across India for presentations, demos, and technical evaluations.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: Mechanical/Industrial Engineer (B.Tech/Diploma).
Experience: 2–5 years in machinery/equipment/automation sales or service.
Strong knowledge of industrial machines, material handling, or process automation.
Ability to explain technical details in a customer-friendly manner.
Willingness to travel frequently and support sales in the field.
Compensation
Fixed: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month
