Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and incoming leads.

• Make calls to prospective customers and understand their requirements.

• Explain property projects, features, and suitable investment options.

• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.

• Schedule and coordinate property site visits.

• Maintain customer relationships and update lead records.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and comfortable with customer interaction and calling.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
