The role is critical for achieving sales objectives and providing strong administrative and operational support to the sales team. The ideal candidate must be: • Well-spoken, professional, and persuasive in communication • Organized and detail-oriented with strong coordination abilities • Result-driven with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines Job Description • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales objectives. • Call and coordinate with distributors weekly; resolve issues within 24 hours. • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and modern trade outlets. • Ensure accurate order processing, stock monitoring, and timely delivery. • Assist in execution of promotions, trade schemes, and new product launches. • Maintain and update town-wise beats of Sales Officers daily. • Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and share insights with management. • Ensure distributors receive daily SMS updates and proper communication. • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to fulfill customer requirements. • Support digital marketing and e-portal initiatives (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.). • Assist in organizing monthly meetings, prepare MOMs, and ensure follow-ups.
