Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: Manufacturing (Engineering / Packaging / Pharma)

Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales and marketing team by coordinating between clients, production, dispatch, and accounts to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with sales team, production, stores, dispatch, and accounts

Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and dispatch documents

Follow up on customer orders, production status, and delivery schedules

Maintain sales records, order tracking, and MIS reports

Handle client communication regarding order status, delivery, and documentation

Support payment follow-ups and coordination with accounts team

Ensure proper documentation for GST, invoices, and transport

Required Skills

Good coordination and follow-up skills

Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Basic understanding of manufacturing sales cycle

Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and dispatch process preferred

Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines

Preferred Qualification

Graduate / Commerce background preferred

Experience in Manufacturing / Industrial sales support is a plus
