Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive who can handle client inquiries, generate sales leads, provide information regarding taxation and compliance services, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

• Convert leads into paying customers.

• Explain company services such as:

  • Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing

  • GST Registration

  • GST Return Filing

  • Company/LLP Registration

  • Trademark Registration

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping Services

  • Tax Planning & Consultancy Services

• Follow up with prospective clients and close sales opportunities.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

• Maintain lead records in CRM or Excel.

Customer Support

• Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

• Assist clients in understanding documentation requirements.

• Coordinate with the tax and compliance team for smooth service delivery.

• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.

• Ensure timely updates to clients regarding the status of their applications and filings.

• Maintain long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain client database and records.

• Prepare quotations and service proposals.

• Coordinate appointments and meetings.

• Generate daily and weekly sales reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.

• Professional telephone etiquette.

• Strong customer handling and persuasion skills.

Sales Skills

• Lead generation and follow-up.

• Sales conversion and negotiation.

Technical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of:

  • Income Tax Filing

  • GST Registration & Compliance

  • Accounting Concepts

  • Company Registration Services

• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

• Ability to learn tax and compliance services quickly.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Professional Services Industry.

• Experience in taxation, accounting, legal, financial, insurance, banking, or consultancy services will be preferred.
