Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls and emails
• Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments and meetings and related Paper work.
• Locker Rent Receiving/ Reminders by Mail, Call, Massage/ Other correspondence regarding the same
• Participation in Business Promotion activity.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, Courier and other.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and expenses
• Provide general administrative support, including photocopying
