Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage customer payment follow-ups through calls and emails, maintain outstanding payment records, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth payment recovery processes. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of Excel, and the ability to handle customer due payment tracking efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with customers for pending payments through phone calls and emails.
• Maintain and update customer outstanding payment/due lists on a regular basis.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payment follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts team regarding overdue payments.
• Maintain proper records of customer communication and payment commitments.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from customers.
• Escalate long-pending payment cases to management when required.
• Coordinate with legal advisors/lawyers for necessary legal actions in case of non-payment or delayed payment issues.
• Maintain customer account details and documentation accurately.
• Support the sales team in coordination activities and documentation work.
• Handle MIS reports and maintain data in Excel sheets.
Required Skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas, data management).
• Knowledge of email drafting and professional communication.
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable and payment collection processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple follow-ups.
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory / Preferred.

• Experience in payment follow-up, sales coordination, or accounts receivable.
• Candidate should be organized, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.
