Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support sales operations by managing order processing, preparing sales orders (SO), and acting as a bridge between the sales team, warehouse, and customers. The role ensures smooth coordination and timely updates throughout the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Create and process Sales Orders (SO) based on inputs from the sales team
Ensure accuracy of order details, product, quantity, and pricing
Coordinate with warehouse team for order processing and dispatch planning
Track order status and ensure timely dispatch and execution
Act as a bridge between sales team, warehouse, and customers for smooth communication
Provide regular updates to customers on order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines
Maintain order records, customer data, and sales MIS reports
Follow up internally to ensure order fulfillment without delays
Handle basic customer queries related to order status and coordination
Requirements
Graduate / B.Com / BBA (preferred)
