JOB PROFILE
SALES COORDINATOR
supports the sales team by managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, and processing orders to ensure smooth sales operations.
JOBS RESPONSIBILITY:
Ø Strong relationships were built and sustained with distributors and institutional partners.
Ø Managed distribution networks that ensure effective sales operation.
Ø Collected orders and payments form distributors while maintaining overdue control.
Ø Administrative support, customer communication, and sales process management.
Ø Manage all sales teams and facilitate communication between sales representatives.
Ø These roles include tasks like processing orders, preparing sales reports, coordinating meetings, and managing client inquiries and documentation.
Ø My responsibility is that focus of payment, Pending payment, Order punch with time line.
Ø Prepare DSR report, Incentives, Expenses, and different types of Bonus & award.
Ø Reported and analyzed competitor activities to support business growths.
Ø Taking detailed messages from group inquiries.
