Job Title: QC Engineer (Mechanical)

📍 Location: Surat
💼 Experience: 3+ Years (Fabrication & Assembly Inspection)
🎓 Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve overall quality standards in production processes

• Ensure zero rejection or deviations during inspection (pre-dispatch, site, and post-installation)

• Coordinate and get approvals from TPI (Third Party Inspection)

• Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings and documents

• Monitor production at various stages to minimize rework and final-stage rejection

• Attend TPI inspections and ensure successful clearance

• Maintain complete project documentation and quality records

• Submit reports for continuous improvement across projects

• Ensure shop floor safety and compliance with standards

• Maintain records of plant machinery maintenance to reduce breakdowns

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Fabrication & Assembly Inspection

• Good documentation and reporting skills

• Understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures

• Familiarity with shop floor operations and safety practices
