Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have over 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in industrial or B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and follow-ups

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

• Promote company products and services with strong convincing skills

• Follow up with clients for payments and ensure timely collections

• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements

• Maintain daily reports on sales activities and client interactions

• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Follow-up and collection skills for payments

• Target-driven with a confident and professional approach

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
