Roles & Responsibilities – Sales Coordinator

Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day sales activities and customer follow-ups
Coordinate with customers for booking and basic service details
Coordinate with operations team for vehicle availability and trip planning
Track shipments and share delivery updates with customers
Handle basic customer queries related to delivery status and services
Assist in preparing invoices and documents by coordinating with finance team
