About the Role

We are looking for a Solar Loan Login & Sales Support Executive to join our team in Ghatkopar. The person will be responsible for entering and processing solar loan leads in our LOS (Loan Origination System), supporting the Sales team, handling customer queries and coordinating with Credit to move cases efficiently through the loan journey.

Key Responsibilities

· Input complete solar loan lead and customer details accurately into the company's LOS portal.

· Create and process loan applications based on leads provided by the company.

· Ensure customer information, documents and other required details are correctly captured in the LOS.

· Support the Sales team with case login, documentation, application status and process-related queries.

· Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.

· Coordinate closely with the Credit team for clarifications, pending information and case movement.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
