
Responsibilities:
The sales coordinator will be the primary point of contact for all inbound inquiries and will manage the lead-to-order cycle. Inbound Lead Management (IndiaMART & Online Portals) • Lead Handling: Promptly respond to all inbound sales inquiries and leads generated through platforms like IndiaMART, Tradeindia, the company website, and other online channels. • Qualification: Efficiently qualify leads by gathering detailed information on customer requirements, specifications, and volume needed for packaging products (e.g., boxes, films, bags, tapes). • Quotation: Prepare accurate and timely price quotations, techno-commercial offers, and proposals based on the company's pricing structure and manufacturing capabilities. • Follow-up: Maintain rigorous follow-up with potential customers via phone and email to track the status of quotations and move leads toward conversion. Sales Support & Documentation • Order Processing: Process confirmed sales orders, ensuring all details (product specifications, quantity, pricing, delivery schedule) are accurately entered into the CRM/ERP system. • Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team, production, and logistics departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders. • Communication: Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and minor technical specifications. • Reporting: Maintain and update the sales pipeline database, prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales activities. Customer Relationship • Service Excellence: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving minor sales-related issues promptly. • Database Management: Maintain and organize the customer database with current contact information and sales history.
Requisite Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field; a specialization in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, or Tele-calling role, preferably within the packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sector. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [Local Language, e.g., Gujarati/Hindi/Marathi].
Technical Proficiency: • Mandatory proven experience in handling leads and managing accounts on IndiaMART (or similar B2B portals). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
