సేల్స్ కోఆర్డినేటర్ / ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్

• technical Sales Support: Prepare, review, and process technical proposals, quotations (RFQ study), and contracts in coordination with engineering teams.

• Order Management: Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders (POs) and monitor the status of production to ensure on-time delivery.

• Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, technical queries, and complaints.

• Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records, product databases, and sales activity logs in the CRM system.

• Coordination: Liaise between sales, engineering, and logistics departments to align product specifications with client requirements. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 2-6 years in sales administration, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries.

• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of engineering drawings, product specifications, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• CRM Skills: Experience with CRM software to manage sales data.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for handling technical correspondence.
