Sales Coordinator / Executive

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Executive to join our team at Manufactring Company. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to B2B Sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and email enquiries.

• Understand customer requirements and share product details, prices, and availability.

• Prepare quotations, sales invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders.

• Handle daily billing entries with accuracy.

• Coordinate with the sales team for order confirmation and customer follow-up.

• Check stock availability before confirming orders.

• Coordinate with dispatch/courier/transport team for timely delivery

• Update customers about order status, delivery details, and payment status.

• Maintain customer records, invoice records, and billing documents.

• Follow up with customers for pending payments when required.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
