We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to be the
operational backbone of our sales department. While our field team is out meeting
clients, you will manage the flow of orders, documentation, and communication between
our factory and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Process incoming orders from field executives and
ensure accuracy in pricing, quantity, and technical specifications.
Logistics Coordination: Liaise with the production and dispatch departments
to ensure timely delivery of products to construction sites and dealers.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries,
providing quotes, and following up on payment collections.
Sales Reporting: Maintain and update Sales CRM or tracking sheets,
generating weekly reports on sales performance.
Documentation: Prepare formal proforma invoices, delivery notes, and
tender documents for builders and contractors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or back-office sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and spreadsheet management skills.
