Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in managing daily operations and customer inquiries.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Generate sales reports, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
Track sales targets and follow up on pending opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and logistics.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and client visits for the sales team.
Handle order processing and ensure timely execution.
Support the team in preparing presentations and business reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales support.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with CRM software is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
