Job Description:•
The Company is seeking an organized and energetic Sales Coordinator to support sales and client servicing operations for the brand across the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Café/Catering) and Retail segments. This role will be responsible for client onboarding, order booking, delivery coordination, payment tracking, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between clients and internal teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist in onboarding new clients by gathering documentation, setting up accounts, and ensuring client requirements are clearly understood.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing requests, addressing issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Book and confirm daily orders, coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Work closely with sales, operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders.
• Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team and ensure accurate, on-time dispatches.
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections as per agreed credit terms.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients to enhance engagement and revenue.
• Maintain and update MIS reports including client details, sales records, and feedback for review and analysis.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to the sales team and management on client activities and performance.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with AI apps, order tracking or CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, strong follow-up skills, and a focus on client satisfaction.
