Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
Maintain and update customer and sales data accurately
Assist in order processing, follow-ups, and delivery coordination
Perform basic calculations related to pricing, discounts, and billing
Resolve customer queries and ensure timely responses
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution
Prepare basic sales reports as required
