• Create companies and deals in CRM and update deal status as per the defined sales process and SOP.
• Acknowledge, respond to, and forward incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp to the Sales Executive / Sales Manager.
• Punch sales and sample orders accurately, make order changes as required, and coordinate complete order execution from processing to dispatch.
• Perform regular follow-ups with customers and the sales team for orders and payments.
• Handle credit notes, debit notes, daily End of Day (EOD) reporting, and order pre-closure as per process.
• Coordinate internal sales meetings, manage schedules, and liaise with internal departments and clients for smooth sales operations.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution.
• Implement and maintain administrative procedures and systems.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the HOD or management.
