Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to generate leads and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales team and field representatives (MRs) for order processing and updates.

• Maintain and update customer database and sales records.

• Handle client inquiries, quotations, and order coordination.

• Follow up on leads to ensure conversion and business growth.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially with doctors, hospitals, and distributors.

• Track sales activities and prepare reports and MIS.

• Assist in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and communication.
  Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduate in any field (preferably Science / Pharmacy / Commerce).

  • 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably as a Medical Representative (MR) or in pharma sales coordination.

  • Good understanding of pharma/healthcare products and market.

  • Strong communication skills in English and local language.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
