Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, create quotations, coordinate with clients, and assist the sales team with daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients

• Create job cards and maintain documentation

• Search and connect with new potential clients online

• Arrange client visits & coordinate dispatch details

• Send introduction emails to clients

• Follow up for payments and orders

• Prepare daily reports

• Enter and update customer records in the database

• Promote company products and handle customer queries

• Generate new leads and support sales team
