Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, create quotations, coordinate with clients, and assist the sales team with daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
Create job cards and maintain documentation
Search and connect with new potential clients online
Arrange client visits & coordinate dispatch details
Send introduction emails to clients
Follow up for payments and orders
Prepare daily reports
Enter and update customer records in the database
Promote company products and handle customer queries
Generate new leads and support sales team
