Sales Co-ordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Maintain prospect databases, Zoho records, follow-up trackers, and reminders.

● Prepare quotations and price request formats.

● Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock, product details, and documentation.

● Send initial emails based on drafts shared by the Business Development Executive or Business Development Officer.

● Prepare basic customer and company research before outreach.

● Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in Zoho, trackers, and reports.

● Provide data and record support to the Digital Marketing team.

● Support meeting scheduling, follow-up planning, and document organization.

● Maintain proper filing of customer communication, quotations, and related documents.

Required Skills:

● Good written English.

● Basic spoken English.

● Clear and professional email drafting ability.

● Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

● Basic knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

● Proficient in computer operating.

● Ability to coordinate with sales, purchase, dispatch, accounts, and marketing teams. ● Good follow-up skills.

● Ability to handle multiple tasks without missing timelines.

● Accuracy in entering and updating customer data.

● Ability to maintain clean records and organized documents.

● Ability to prepare quotes and price request sheets carefully.

● Ability to send emails from approved drafts without mistakes.

● Ability to handle repetitive work with consistency.

● Basic internet research skills for customer and company background checking.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

● Graduate in any stream.

● 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support, back office, business development support, CRM support, or coordination role.

● Experience in manufacturing, export, industrial products, or B2B business will be preferred.

● Familiarity with quotation handling, customer records, and follow-up tracking will be an advantage.
