Markle Studio Pvt. Ltd. is a professional video production and digital marketing company specializing in advertising videos, product videos, testimonial videos, doctor-patient videos, UGC content, podcast videos, brand shoots and social media content for businesses and brands.

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Coordinator who can manage client communication, generate business opportunities and coordinate with our production team to convert leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, social media and other platforms.

• Communicate with potential clients and understand their video production and marketing requirements.

• Explain Markle Studio's services, packages, pricing and project process to clients.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals and project details with prospective clients.

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.

• Coordinate with the production team regarding scripts, artists, shoot dates, requirements and deliverables.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and conversions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Handle B2B sales and approach brands, agencies, startups, healthcare/Ayurvedic companies, e-commerce businesses and other potential clients.

• Identify new business opportunities through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels.

• Negotiate professionally with clients while maintaining company pricing and margins.

• Ensure timely collection of advance payments before project commencement.

• Keep clients updated throughout the project and ensure smooth communication between the client and production team.

• Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Good verbal and written English/Hindi communication.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Basic understanding of sales, lead generation and B2B business development.

• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable video solutions.

• Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

• Target-oriented, confident and proactive personality.

• Good presentation and convincing skills.

Preferred Candidate

We would prefer someone who has experience in sales, business development, telecalling, digital marketing sales, advertising agency sales, video production sales or B2B sales.

Experience in selling services to brands or businesses will be an added advantage.
