About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth execution of daily sales operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Productivity Support: Assist the sales team by contacting customers to arrange appointments and providing up-to-date, on time support

• Customer Communication: Handle calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answer customer queries, inform customers of delays, arrange delivery dates, and schedule marketing events.

• Order Management: Process orders via phone, email, or mail; verify that orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers; ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

• Coordination: Collaborate with factories, suppliers, and the marketing department to ensure seamless operations.

• Department Collaboration: Work with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Record Management: Develop and maintain filing systems to manage sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial data to the finance department.

• Efficiency: Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently and effectively.
